My name is Paola and I am a professional English <> Italian Video Game Translator and Localizer. 

I have a MA degree in Translation and Interpreting and 2+ years of experience in Translation and Localization, with a strong focus on Marketing Translation, Video Game Localization and LQA.

I am a gamer and language nerd, and I have a passion for bridging languages and cultures and bring life to good games and stories in Italian.

You can find me in the wild (really, mostly at home) cooking pizza from scratch (with no pineapple), reading a crime or fantasy book, playing TRPG games (like D&D) with friends or any other computer game (from the souls-like to the cozy ones). When I do go out, you might see me enjoying my time in a coffee shop or wandering around nature and water.  In no particular order, I also have a deep love for ice skating, travelling, anything with caramel, sushi, crochet, Pokemon, playing the drums, F1, and petting cute animals (mostly cats).🐈
